Business is our passion! With experience in manufacturing, training development, arts & crafts, retail, health & beauty, consumer electronics and aerospace, we have a deep pool of experience from which to draw. We eat, sleep, and breathe business development.

Founder and President, Joe Hesch, has an MBA with a minor in Entrepreneurship and a BS in Communications. Joe has developed marketing, business development, & customer education strategies for Hewlett Packard, Singer Sewing, Fiskars, several colleges and hundreds of small businesses across the nation. Joe has written 4 books and appeared on over 100 national television shows on the topic of technology in the retail market. Formerly the Director of Entrepreneurship at two different colleges, Joe has developed a whole host of classes specifically designed to help small business grow and start ups to succeed. Joe lives and works in Minneapolis Minnesota with his family and is an avid fly fisherman. Fortunately for his clients and the fish...Joe is much better at business than he is at fly fishing!
